One day on Granny’s arces all the animals had a meeting in the barn.  They all wanted to know where Granny was.  “I have not seen Granny for almost two weeks,” said Bessie the cow.  “We haven’t seem Granny and who is the new lady that is doing all the chores,”  cried the other animals.  I think we should go up to the house and demand for the new lady and Papa to tell us what they have done with her,”  said Bessie. 

Off to the house the animals went.  Out the barn door and up the path to the house.  The animals wanted to know where Granny was and they were going to find out or else.  First came Bessie the cow, then Jay Jay the pony, next was Myrna the pig, Wally, Polly and Molly the goats and all the rest of the animals. 

“Dad, what is all that noise outside” Sandra asked as she looked out the window.  “Dad! all the animals are coming up to the house and they look mad.  Papa went to the back door, open it and yell what is going on with you Bessie and the rest of the animals.  “We want to know what you did with Granny.  Papa looked at the animals and said, I am sorry I thought Granny told she had to go away for a while.  “Where did she go and when will she be back?” asked Bessie.  Granny had to go to the people hospital and she will be back in three more days until then Sandra is here to help Granny take care of all of you.  Granny knew she was going to be gone for a while so she make sure all of her lovely and sweet animals would still get the best of care.
