There was a young girl that lived in a house,
and in this house there was a mouse.
She went to town to buy a cat,
but instead she bought a new hat.
When the mouse saw the hat,
it was scared and ran under the mat.
For you see the hat it looked like a cat.
The first chance he got the mouse was out of the door,
His little feet when he ran didn’t even touch the floor.

There is a Granny who lives on a farm,

She works very hard all the day long.

She feeds the horses, goats and the cows, even the dog that went bow wow.

The cat she goes meow meow, and Granny just lifts her brow.

I already fed you, now listen to what I say, go find your friends and and go out to play.

yes down on the farm there is a lot of work.

So Granny keeps going, pouring and milking the cow, Granny gets all the work done, but she does not know how.
